Initial Situation

Requirements

A solution was required to facilitate secure and efficient remote maintenance of machines distributed worldwide. The objective was to reduce service times and leverage new digitalisation options.

Our Solution

That is what we have implemented

The Sec³ Box standardises and optimises remote service for machines worldwide. It enables simple plug-and-play installation, secure VPN connections, GSM-based remote service, predicitve maintenance and reduces service times. It also offers functions such as audit logging, state-of-the-art encryption technologies and integrated analysis tools for quality management and pay-per-use models.

Independence and data sovereignty are also key pillars of the Sec³ system. Simple installation, standardised remote service via encrypted VPN connections and centralised management of Sec³ boxes in a company-owned cloud complete the Sec³ system.
