With MITTAX, we have developed an app for Android and Apple that allows employees to view their personal credit balances, submit invoices and report new restaurants. All employees have the capability to access all information and submitted invoices via a web interface. An additional web interface allows the restaurant pool to be managed, where reported restaurants can be accepted or rejected.
The restaurant pool is a shared resource that is utilised by multiple companies. Each company has the autonomy to determine which restaurants are recognised for billing purposes.
MITTAX has interfaces for time recording, through which the credit balances of employees are imported on a monthly basis. This ensures that the credit balance corresponds to the actual entitlement based on the number of days worked, excluding vacation, sick leave, etc. An interface for exporting data is also available, enabling the submission of invoice amounts to be paid via, for example, payroll accounting.
